Can I do 2 quests at once?If I have survival unlocked can i unlock vehicle control and fill up both rows at once?Or do I have to finish one before I can start on the other.

You canget the QUEST and complete the QUEST...wait for the PHASE to change and do another quest without converting ANY experience or filling the trees.

The Phase only controlls doing the quest. It does NOT mean you have 3 weeks to fill the tree, you have as long as you like.
