Starting
1) Join the Empire

3) Great Pit of Carkoon (Difficult POI 1/2)
4) Ancient Krayt Dragon Skeleton (Difficult POI 2/2)
5) Escape Pod (Easy POI 1/5)
6) Lars' Homestead (Easy POI 2/5)
Naboo
7) Theed Waterfall (Easy POI 3/5)
8) Amidala's Beach (Easy POI 4/5)
9) Dee'ja Peak Waterfall (Easy POI 5/5)
Dantooine
10) Jedi Temple Ruins (Jedi POI 2/3)
Yavin IV
11) The Temple of Exar K'un (Jedi POI 3/3)
Tatooine
12) Jabba's Themepark (Content 1/5)
13) Imperial Themepark (Content 2/5)

As you can see, I joined the Empire (Pilot) and then ran all the POI. Picked up quite a few CLs running missions and then ran the Themeparks. (Warrens was a pain. Ran with a CL80, CL76, CL70, CL38, and CL30. We completed first try.)

After all the POI done, "You feel a faint sense of the Force."

After Jabba's Themepark, "You are surging with the force."

Stayed surging until after the Warrens. Then it changed to "You feel a strong sense of the force."
