So what grenades are the best for grinding? I am trying to do this. And what techniques do you use to get the most XP? In other words, what's the best grenades and what's the best bang for your buck?

2/3's of the questions on here can be sought out by question. Why should I have to? Besides I am just gathering a collective opinion and not going to spend all day on a computer looking around for something. Thanks anyway.

damage doesn't matter. Only way to effectivly use them is to get in a group.
Also the only kind you can use without commando are c12's... Which, since require no cert, are in extremly high demand.
Third problem comes with finding a group that will actually let you do this. They will be less hostile and more accepting if you have some doctor(keep them buffed) or squad leader (for group mods)
That said, on "how to" use them, there are several threads going, a page or two down from here. There are a lot of people who will look down on you for using nades, since you let the creatures kill you, and most naders just sit there and let the group finish the lair... It's all in the threads.
