I read and read and read the stickys but cant make sense of how the unlock works. I get the fact that you can only unlock one novice branch per phase. What I DONT get is how I am limited to skills I can learn per pahse, if I unlock novice combat prowess, can I just level up any of its skills or just one line? I saw that certain skills are only trianed during certain phases, so if I want melee accuracy and ranged defense I have to wait and repeat phase III?!?!? Could someone just please explain all of this in idiot terms, here I'll help.

Here are the (required) 6 skills I am planning on completing for padawan:

Melee Accuracy

Melee Speed

Ranged Defense

Melee Defense

Ranged Accuracy

Luck

WHAT do I need to do to learn those in the 4 phases and be ready for padawan? detailed answers of what to do during what phases would be most helpful, thank you!

its very simple. there are a total of 16 different fs lines (branches) that you can unlock in 4 different trees. each tree requires a different type of fs xp to level up. unlocking a line only allows you to train skills in that line, and not the others in the same tree (until you unlock them in later phases). you must level up (train all 4 boxes) in 6 different lines to be eligible for padawan trials. therefore, at you must complete at least 6 different village quests in six different phases. you can only unlock one line per phase. each phase takes roughly 3 weeks. if you want to train two lines that are offered in the same phase, then you will have tounlock one the first time the phase occurs and then wait the full 12 weeks for the phase to occur again before you canunlock the other one. but since you need 6 lines anyways, you will definitely have to repeat at least two of the phases.
