Thread: Tried to read stickys, how do I UNLOCK my choice line for this phase?

I tried reading the stickys but did not find answer. I already chose and unlocked the combat prowess tree, now the line I want this phase is ranged defense. How do I unlock this line? If I start it now and dont have it done by phase IV can I still train in it as I work on phase IV while also working on phase IV line?

you can start the range defense quest by talking to dangeerin (sp?). after successful completion of this quest, that branch will unlock. you can bank all the FS xp you want and train whenever you want (regardless of phase that branch was unlocked in).

hmm, i find it a bit odd that you dont understand how to unlock from the link i gave you tbh.
But, i`ll try to explain. Each quest in each fase are controlled by differnet ppl in the village. You want to do:
ranged defense
From the guide:

ER - R.Defense - Dageerin (5238, -4189) - 5 Use +10 to Ranged Defense item
Track down and destroy 8 enemy bases (only 3 may be done per day, you must wait 24 real life hours of server up-time between your sets of 3, not just till server reset). You are given a tool in your datapad to track the bases, it gives you a "threat level", when it's high you're moving towards your target. When you get to a base wait for your quest journal to update, then kill the Sith there. Return to Dageerin after each mission.

As for your Q on what happens when the phase shift: you will still have unlocked it and can keep filling the branch with xp even if the phase have shifted. This brings the numbers of week until you finsish to 6 phases * 3 weeks = 18 weeks. So in 18 weeks you can fill up all the branches with xp at any given time.

ok thank you! only other small quesiton I would ask is since I couldt find it, if you could provide me a link to where it says whose quests to do each phase to get what you want? That way I can plan it all out. Thank you.

nevermind finally found a good one, got it all planned out looks like I am set for 15 weeks (finishing one phase right now take off about 3 weeks of waiting for phase change)
