You dont get given any waypoints.

Check this forum for lots of info about how to find the bases...including waypoints to all the bases.

Once you find one look around it for Sith patrols (upto 300m away). Kill and loot the sith. You get either a waypoint disk to another base, a remote frequency for taking down the shields of a random base, or you get some sith ore (useless for this quest)

Give the remote disks and waypoints to sarguillo. You need the remote codes for one of the 3 nearest bases. Best to get a group for this. It's hard to solo the 3 turrets and 12 or so sith.

You can check the name of the bases by looking at the surveilence droids around the base.
