Thread: Just got old man visit, how long till sith attack?

well YOU idiot I already read the sticky's in the revamp guide it tell how long till old man but NOT how long till sith

That's right, keep waiting, resist the urge to post here about it, just have some patience. He'll talk to you and give you a force crystal (which is a journal).
Now you're waiting for a Sith attack, once again it will happen within about three days. They attack, you kill them. Do not loot them until they're both dead. Then loot them. You're hoping to get a Sith Datapad. If you don't get it, don't worry, just wait and they'll attack again. The datapad you loot from them will give you a Sith Camp WP with four Sith Shadows, kill them and you'll loot "a mysterious Datapad" which will direct you to the Village. "

yea or if you hit the "read me first" thread and hit the link for from non-fs to initiate you get
The Sith
The Sith come in two parts. The first is a random spawn that operates in much the same way as the old man. They will appear and attack within 72hrs, you can use the same techniques listed above for causing an faster spawn, such as shuttling to another city etc. When they appear, they are approx level 75- 80, and you should loot them. There is a fair chance that they will have a datapad to use containing information regarding their basecamp, and a WP to it is added to your datapad.
[NB: If you do not loot the datapad, more Sith will attack at a later time, so don't worry, further chances to loot camp location datapads]
so are you going to admit you didnt bother reading the stickies and say sorry or should we expect a post on how to convert xp next week ?

I read a couple of the guides today and I didsn't see a definitive time myself. My memory on this is a little hazy because it was a whle back that I got my sith visit but I dont' remember waiting a whole day after the old man..a few hours or something. The rule is I think that the AI tries to figure out the absolute worse time for them to show up and then thats when it is...ok probably nothing as sophisticated as that but it just seems to work out like that.
