Here is the solution to the problems of the XP grinds, the problem of AFK grinding, etc. etc.
Give every account two characters per server, one jedi and one non-jedi.
This solves everything. For everyone who wants to play a jedi, congrats! You got a jedi! no grind, no villiage visits, you're a jedi! Have fun with it!
For everyone who wants a jedi just because they wanna be 1337 and cool, bye-bye. Everyone has a jedi. You're not uber-cool. To be honest, jedi isn't cool any more anyway.
For the rest of us, now our non-jedi professions become more interesting again. Since jedi isn't interesting, nowartisian or smuggler or swordsman can become the focus again.
