hi, I have a problem on the third quest, and now that we are in phase four, it isn't still resolved.

actually it isn't for me, but for a friend of mine, i speak for him.

the crystal new icon in the options bar blinks every time he gets in the game, and if he deselects "show complete quest" he gets capture enemy commander written in white....

but the cute thing is that if he selects the show complete quests, and he clicks on the yellow sqare beside the quest, it appears "QUEST COMPLETED". the strange thing is that the other mate hasn't these problems, he is simply fine, nothing is written in the crystal.

I mean, the thing is that we would have tried at least to do the mission again, but we didn't because he got the gifts as the other mate in our group, so we thought that the mission was done! to be sure he also talked to paemos and he told him that he could train the branch, so logically we thought it was done.

if theyhadn't gotten the gifts and the branch opened, we would have done it again!!!

the thing is that the shield mate (who shut down the shield) died, and we read in the forums that dying the shield mate, the missionwasgone, and u have to do it all again.

but we tried to go anyhow, and the other guy could capture the commander.

we returned to aurilia and they got the gifts, so maybe we thought that the forums were wrong...

but when i came at my friends house (shield guy) i read in the description of the quest (the capture enemy commander written in white in the crystal), that the shield guy must not die...... now.... my friend doesn't speak english, we are italian, i didn't have the quest cause i made the dageerin one, but i think, then why did they give the quest as completed !!!! if they hadn't took the gifts and the quest completed message, we would at least tried to do it again, we had 3 weeks!!!!

and then 3 days ago we decided to do it again, took other remotes, and the day after we were going to the base, we had the wp and it was also near to the science outpost......

BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE THE BASE WASN'T THERE, EVEN IF THE VILLAGE HADN'T PASSED THE PHASE!!!! this isn't really unfair.... i hope that the devs at least give us an answer, cause i also had i fight (in the real life) with this friend of mine, and i can't sleep too.

now the phase has passed, we would like to now if he has to wait for the next cycle to do the mission again, if he really HAS to finish it, and that's a real problem cause he wanted to open the ranged defence branch (dageriin) on the third phase of the next aurilia cycle....

Your friend has the exact same problem I do. But Mine seems to be worse. I can't drop shields anymore can't convert frequency disks to remotes. And as your friend, I was the shield guy and died. receievd all the rewards also including the branch. The journal says every thing is complete except capture the commander. So I am hoping the journal is bugged. and I hope the next phase 3 I can do another mission. I can't believe how many times night sisters spawned to spoil this mission. I went through 6 vechiles. Good Luck. If I have to do it again in the next phase III I guess they are the breaks. maybe by then at least you will get some decent exps from a 50k ham guy. 2k is kind of nuts plus the armor damage they do.

Have you ticketed this? Im sure a CSR could fix this for you in a couple of min

already did it, sent two tickets, but as i read in other forums with this topic, many already have because they noticed this bug earlier than my mate. thx anyway for the suggestion
