Thread: A question on FS ranged speed...

Does it increase flamethrower speed? or is that not considered ranged?

Well, I could be off base...
But it is my understanding there are 3 attack types. Melee, ranged and thrown. So... if you can't throw it at them, or stab them with it.... I would assume that it would be marked as ranged. I mean, there has to be a skill mod for it, so unless I am over-looking something (which is more then possible, it's likely

Could I get a confirmation on this? Before I spend the xp on ranged speed I want to know itl work.

FS ranged speed and FS ranged accuracy are broken and do not work. Instead FS melee accuracy and Fs melee speed work for ranged weapons too.
There's a thread about that problem on the rifleman board and one on this board too if you need more infos.
