I am mostly, I think, done with the phase 4 crafting quest but the Sensor Array Access Terminal is partially obscured by the geometry behind it. I can select it and get context menus, but when I attempt to use the terminal I get the message "You can't see that object. You may have to move closer to it". Standing as close as possible I still get this message.
My character is on Intrepid, the coords for the terminal are: 5420 -4120.
Is it just that my character is bugged, or is it this way for everyone? I've filed a couple tickets, but the response indicated that the CSRs couldn't move the terminal and that the issue had been forwarded to the dev team. But it's been nearly a week since the phase change and noone else is hollering about it, so I started wondering if it was just me.
Anyone else?

I did this last night, but I don't remember a "sensor array access terminal".
Got the mission, got the tracking device kit, crafted it, talked to the ticket collector, tracked the satellite, got the core from the "fallen satellite", and used the radial menu on the core to reconfigure it. Turned in the core to the mission giver.

That happened to me b/c pieces of it were stuck in ahill. Try moving around it and clicking all over it. I eventuyally found a spot where I could access it. Also try /unstick

I just checked the computer core I have and it does have a menu hung off of it to configure it. Don't know where the notion came from, but I was certain that I was supposed to use the station by the sensor array to reconfigure it.
*thank* *you* for pointing out my mistake.

Four of the parts are craftable by Master Artisans. For the rest, either kill lots of NPCs and hope you loot them or hit the bazaar/loot vendors. Or both.
