Well, I submitted a ticket, please click the link to read my full problem and then help me out with answers the CSR left out:

Didn't the CSR see that I had already deleted one of the disks? Doesn't the CSR know that I have already wasted about 10-20k shuttling from player city to player city? Help!! You guys are alot better tech support than SOE.

umm..my only advice is to do what csr says.. for my "bad experience", i was much like you. I killed sith and looted disc. Guess what?..couldnt use it. I submitted a ticket and didnt even get a response!!..but i kept shuttling around and finally got jumped again, looted a working disc and here i am!!..so basically, KEEP TRYING and good luck!!

There probably was a 2nd shadow with the 2nd spawn that you didn't see or someone else killed
