What non powers skills will Ranged Accuracy help with? (saber throw, snare, etc...)
Same question for Ranged Speed.
Also does luck help you with item loot? What about tunes?

none. lightsaber is all melee. even if you throw it
luck gives you more money when you loot. i think thats it

So would Ranged Accuracy/Ranged Speed help with some other skills that are not in powers or sabers? Or is powers the one and only tree they help with?

think so, they only help with powers accuracy (ranged accuracy), the speed I think is useless as soon as you become a glowbat weilder.

True, but as far as I know only in theory. It is very difficult to prove... I am not sure we have had an official word on whether this works (as intended) or not. 
EDIT: I just found a post by Agenai saying that the official word is that luck affects only NPC cash drops...

OK, so ranged accuracy and ranged defense will not be needed as a saber wielding jedi. Thank you all.
One last question and I promise to **modbot** 
. Does the Healing tree in FS have any effect on your healing as a jedi? (I saw in a post that it doesn't but im just making sure this is as intended and will stay this way). Thank you agian.

Actually, I believe Ranged Defense does help you defend yourself even while weilding a LS.... however Ranged Accuracy and Ranged Speed are not of use as a Jedi.

ranged acc and speed are used for saber throw and all the ranged powers like lightning and such
