Thread: Is there a bug on Crafting quest?

CM - Technique - Quharek (5247, -4032) - LS Crafting Tool [0.00, 5 or 20 Guaranteed Critical Assemblies]
I did this quest a while ago and got the highest quality out of all the players, got the messageand have a top end LS Crafting tool in my bank. So I did the quest.
Checked today at village and npc's (both) say I have not unlocked Technique.
Is this a known bug? (loosing unlocked cols)
Before I play the CSR ticket lottery has anyone else had the same bug?

May be dumb questions, but Ill start at the top:
1. Is the Crafting Mastery novice box unlocked? <-- you would be surprised how many guys forget this....Not saying you did or didnot.
2. Did you try and talk to Noldan to see what boxes you can train in?
3. Check your journal and see what it says in the way of completed and uncompleted quests. Is this quest shown as complete.
If so ...
4. If you have done all these steps above and it still is not "unlocked" then I would file a ticket and see what they have to say on it.
