Why can't I convert my SW Crafting XP to FS XP? It's legitimate crafting XP, I do it on the ground, sell it in my ground vendors... Why am I being punished for choosing one of the new professions and then trying to head to the village only to find I can't do squat out here?

Customer Servicce says it's "Working as intended" and that they can't do anything (rotfl... of course...) What I want to know is WHY it's "Working as intended" and why the developers are discriminating against my character getting the FS Crafting Skills.
I understand the whole "It came out after" excuse... except that they've changed experience several times since the release of JTLS why not fix this?
As a SW I have to spend more money to buy multiple sets of skill tapes to be a 12pter, and now if I want to be a FS Crafter I have to regrind points into some other profession just to get the experience to put into the FS Trees.
These are not conditions created from looking at the big picture when you make decisions... I mean... no where was I told that Shipwrights had no place in the Village... next they're going to make us ride in the back of the shuttle...

As a SW, I agree with you carnye. We should ask the FS and Shipwright correspondents
to ask the dev for that.

While you're at it, ask the Devs for some shipwright skill tapes! I don't care if they are found in space or on the ground. Actually, ANY skill tapes would be a good thing to throw in as loot in the space game. Furthermore, how about making a second path to a firespray hull (so that non-SW have a chance to get one without paying exoribant prices...)

This was talked about and asked well before the CU even came about. They never implemented it then and noone has any clue as to why. Its a crafting profession, it just makes sense.... to us..
