I've just done 5 brain numbing trips to endor but on my 6th and last the ship has failed to spawn . I've circled the waypoint on foot and speeder but just no sign of the ship. Has anyone any idea if abandoning the quest will just mean i have to do this trip again or all 6. Cos if its all 6 i think i'll go find a strong rope now

you cant drop the FS quest
what you can try is to speak with the one you got the quest from maybe it will give you another WP

Problem is, you can't abondon ANY quest, even if the button appears, which is only on FS quests. But yes, go back to Whip and speak to him again, or try searchinga larger area around the waypoint.

Same thing has happened to me, and I can confirm that if you return to Whip he will give you a new waypoint. Just hope that that one isn't bugged. 
For me I believe this happened because I got the original wp from him last night, and went to endor today, after the server restart. So I would suggest that people do full "rounds" (village-endor-village) of this quest in a single sitting.
Also, to complete the quest, don't forget to delete the last crate of supplies in your inventory.

hey there,
I have been reading on this quest and trying to figure out what I do now. I deleted the final set of crates when I returned to whip, he gave me the focus crystal, but I got no unlock for enhanced reflxes box. it says in my quest h\journal that I completed the quest, so what happened? how do i get my box unlocked now that I have completed this.....does anyone know?
help?

I had this happen on one of my trips , I flew around the area and no ship but all of a sudden I got the sys message that I picked up the crate, still no ship , and I brought it back and it did indeed work. It won't be near the way point, so do ever growing loops around waypoint, and hopefully you'll get it.

Why do I need to do this when I've been told I've completed the quest, had the reward, and told by Paemos that I can train Vehicular Control???

you continue where it left off, i had to make 8 trips in total coz' 2 of them i went LD and the ship disappeared from waypoint. and i did area track, nothing for 500m all around

Yeah, there's no need to delete anything. I stuck the extra crate of supplies in my house.
