Thread: Bugged FS Waypoint on Kashyyyk

Thanks to no info on the datapad, I activated it on Kashyyyk after I killed both sith. It put a waypoint 700m off the map. CSR told me to submit a /bug, so I did. No word. Submitted a new ticket, and he told me he CANNOT HELP ME! WTH is wrong with you Devs not giving CSRs the ability to help us? Whats the point in having them at all? I'm really ticked off. Took me forever to get a group for the vette, and now I have a bugged FS quest.

Its no wonder SWG is losing so many players, you guys can't even reset a bugged quest.

I'd keep sending in CSR Tickets and hope you get one who will help you, if they can. CSR's can vary alot, one person sent in a ticket on the Phase I: Crafting quest and the CSR actually moved the tools out of the hut so the person could finish the quest. Someone else sent in a ticket on the exact same subject and the CSR told them they need a Doctor Bag to finish the quest.
