i had came to village at near end of phase4. i took up melee def quest n completed it by end of 3 attacks. but to my dismay the ques twas bugged for my case n i couldnt unlock melee def ... only enhanced reflex novice.

i filed bug reports for a coupa of days til i read i had to file a CSR ticket instead.

a case like mine took 45mins for the CSR's reaction but since CU they had been a long queue of tickets to be solved.

3 days later 15mins ago ... CSR AustinB came to my rescue to unlock melee def for me when i was doing phase1.

patience ... is my advice. i was alittle frustrated but help came eventually ... thumbs up for CSR
