I read the stickies and they would mention something about "free unlocks"which is where you get one of the six FS skills without doing a quest. Is the true and if so what do you have to do to be able to get a "free unlock".

no more free unlocks. if u dont have them, u wont get them. over with a long time ago.

It was from the holocron system ... there's nothing you can do now, either you get them or you don't.
