Since the beginning of the village it always says failed on the transition to phase 1.

If you already trained the box why are you even worried?

Mostly cuz I dont want to have put alot of force xp into a line that was bugged and could possible be wiped. I figured better to ask now and find answer before I do the work.

It told me too, phase 4 failed. ButI didn't care much, I had already trained the full branch. So that's a bug for sure.

OK, I did the Phase 4 Ranged speed quest. I killed all the pirates and outlaws required, but I didn't get the artwork. In the journal it marked the two objectives complete, and it didn't say I had anything else to do. At the time when I talked to Sarguillo after I finished the mission objectivcs, he only said to me that I seemed to be busy with other things at the moment, but he didn't say anything further about the mission. I assumed I had completed and unlocked, but now Noldan won't train me in ranged speed even though I have the FS XP for it now. Did I miss something or do something wrong?

I also finished the ranged speed quest and when i went to the captain he told me my plate was full i can't train in any boxes. I put in a CSR ticket cause i hear alot of people are having this problem. I hope a CSR will help and unlock it because it is a definate bug.
