being a former imperial master pilot , i owned a decimator , i then dropped master pilot without taking the nice equipment off my decimator
can i get the stuff back if i master another pilot profession or just imperial ?

you have to remaster an imperial squad to be able to manage that ship again, and you cant even trade it away or do anything with it till you do
too bad you didnt leave it on a heavy TIE....you can use ships that have master-level equipment installed on them already, if you're certified for the chassis, but you dont get deci certs till master anyway ><

if i dont finish a quest for a phase(whips vehicular control , took it by accident) will i be able to do phase 3 and 4 things or MUST i finish the quest?

You can do the other phases when they go live regardless on Whip's quest
