Thread: hey stupid question but i need to know

Hey sorry this is a stupid question probally but how do you know which guy unlocks which branch? I have no idea. I am currently doing a quest for whip, and i have been told he unlocks vehicle control. that is fine by me since i hear thats a very good thing to unlock, however i need melee accuracy and speed and ranged defense. How do i know who does what? Sorry for the stupidity of the question but i have no idea and need the knowledge

okay wen the phase changes over if want to know who to talk to for which skill speak to the village elder near captain sarguillo he tells all
