As you might be able to discern from teh sticky on top, peopel are posting that most (if not all) servers are still in phase 2.


but if you still need to finish one of the unlocks, I'd advise you to get right down to it. since it is estimated that the next phase change will thake place with teh next maintenance shothdown (thursday).
