Do you "just" need 24 boxes to make it to padawan, meaning you can take any combo that you want ?

For example: the whole melee accuracy (4)and speed (4) and defence (4)and ranged def (4), and then 2 boxes of luck and 2 boxes of vehicle control, 2 boxes of ranged accuracy and 2 boxes of ranged speed= 24 boxesor do you have to fulfill a full branch of each ?
