Kette was phase II until at least 4am EST today

Correct, but the server went offline a minute or 40 ago and it'll prolly be in phase 3 after restart.

anyone on kettemoor please let me know if we are in phase 3 as of today i am at work and cant log onto the game would really appreciate the info
