I just defeated the Sith and i'm about to go to the village. I was reading the guide to FS and it said to talk to Paemos for any free unlocks u might have. Is that still true? Can you get free unlocks still or is that out of date?

There's no more unlocks, those were from people leftover from the Hologrind. If he doesn't offer you one, you don't get one.
