Thread: The Old Man visit and Planets

So im finally in the position to wait around for the Old Man. I've been doing the fly to a player city --> run 1k out towards the 0,0 point of the map --> wait for 5-10 mins ---> Logout for 5-10mins --> rinse repeat at another PC, and havent had any luck yet. Even tho it hasn't been three days im still kinda wondering.
What planet were you on when the Old Man visited you for the first time?
I'd like to start a thread to see if there is an correlation with a specific planet. Im sure theres not, but just to pass the time i would appreciate it if people could post here.

I was on Corellia for my first old man visit. When I did it on Test Center though he first visited me on Dantooine.

Lok at a PC, now I'm just dicking around Tatooine waiting for him to make the vaunted second visit.

Ive been on Dantoonie all three (thats rigth I said three) times he has visted me. I have also been on Dantoonie both times the sith attacked. What I did is just walk from player city to player city. I would logout after every leg and log back in. It takes some time. Make sure you are monitoring your spatial chat. Because he basically spawns rigth on top of you and starts talking to you. BTW, after you get the crystals, make sure you are in a group. The siths are lvl 75 and 77 and will have you down to 1/2 health before you even realize they are on you. If they incap you you might has well start over because they will take your crystal. The old man usually visits within an hour after being incapped by the sith.

I didn't set out to look for the old man. I was just doing a BH mission that took me from Naboo to Lok, then in the middle of taking out my mark, the old man paid me my first visit. I think after that pretty much all of the visits of the old man and the Sith Shadows took place around the same area of Lok.

im logged out. I aint waiting around 24 hours doing nothing BTW... Dont leave your char. unattended if your waiting cause old man will only wait a couple minutes then leave.

Hah, if your on Chilastra, come to New Thebes, it's magical. The old man just visited me only 15 hours after I unlocked here.

both of these are a little off topic but, #1 i dunna how your having trouble with the sith (might just be my template) #2 i killed the 2 sith. no dpad. and its been a little while and no sith have come back.

I was at the rebel stonghold on coreillia the first time the old man visited. Get a load of this, the sith spawned and all the rebel NPC's killed them before I had a clue I was even being attacked.

Naboo. I live in a player city about 400 meters from the Narglatch Cave hill. My visit came minutes after running to that hill and setting up a camp 48 hours after my "glowing" message.
My first Sith visit came in the same spot, 48 hours after the Old Man.

Excellent.. well ive planted myself on the Dant for now so we'll see what happens.. Seems like Dant is the place to be.
