Thread: Phase 4 unlock did not unlock, we are now on phase 1

I know that a lot of people cannot unlock Melee Defence from phase 4 because of the Captain Segullo bug, Phase one was supposed to be my last phase to get all 6 unlocks and guess what, I cannot bacause even tho I killed 50/25 sith, Captain Segullo never awarded the unlock. I even want and tried to unlock ( wnt to exchange reflexes xp for melee defence) and nada, nothing , when I talk to paemos, He tells me that I only have 5 unlocks total, yes I completed all the partrols for phase 1, so I souldhavebeen done, but nooooooo.


I understand that the dev''s have been aware of this problem, but, we are now on phase 1 again and Dev's have not fixed this problem.

Have you put a ticket in i'm sure the csr's can check how many sith you killed and award you your unlock.

yea im having same problem with range speed. submitted my ticket now hopefully they will fix before the next phase 4!!! i will have enough boxes with this whole phase to complete and have the 6 trees unlocked.

Good luck with this, I have been submitting a ticket a day for the last two weeks no avail.

Hey instead of Submitting a ticket to CSR on this. Why don't you guys come to my house and Bash your Heads on the Brick wall out front ? You will accomplish the same thing but I will be entertained.


I submitted 2 weeks worth of tickets on this . Had unlocked w/0 credit and no unlock from Paemos.

In a desperate attempt to get this resolved I decided to send a harrasment ticket to the CSR's in my accounts name to see if that would get it resolved...I'll see tonight when I get home if I have to fill out YET ANOTHER /BUG TICKET TO NO AVAIL.

well guys if this makes u feel better i waited for almost a month to get my bug fixed and ive sent a bunch of Bug reports and nothing(i was very frustrated) then i decided to "create" a ticket, u know in the Costumer Service section when u activate ur holocron(ctrl-H) went to "OpenTicket" and create one destribing with every detail what happend being polite and all of course that was saturday, 3 days later got my unlock.



hope this helps u as it helped me, of course i laugh at myself cause aftr a month of sendings bug reports and nothing i sent thisone and took me just 3 days hehe

After submitting several CSR tickets , and having them ignored for over 2 weeks, Right after I started this thread yesterday, I got an answer from the CSR's, and they told me that they verified that I indeed did the quest and unlocked my final unlock for FS, yay!, second slot , here I come.


This shows that CSR pay more attention to the forums than the actual tickets.

your lucky then. Some CSR's are saying that they can't do anything now we are in phase one, and are flagging any further tickets from that person to inform other CSR's that he's already been dealt with.

I submitted a ticket and waited for 3 days, then resubmitted, waited another 4 days, and signed on to find an email saying that the problem had been taken care of. CSR's are still working on the problem, but with all the post-CU bugs and new players reporting bugs that aren't bugsthey're backed up. To all of you who are repeatedly closing your tickets and opening new ones, I wouldn't do that, you're just placing yourself further and further back in line.
