I COMPLETED CAPTAIN SARGUILLIOS TASK ABOUT 8 HOURS AGO, AND HE IS STILL SAYING "YOU HAVE BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER VILLAGER BLAH BLAH BLAH"
I SUBMITTED A TICKET 8 HOURS AGO AND NOBODY IS HELPING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here dude i did it 2 days ago and still wont let me complete it...i got system messages saying i was now eligable to train and its really fooking me off......grrrr at the devs and their stupid ways...

have you tried speaking to nodan yet?? of you did melee defense part then he doesnt confirm you finishing the quest, but when i did it, i still got unlock and could train...however somepeople have reported that they cant, i guess i just got lucky

Im having the same problem, I have completed the quest im still getting xp, but Noldan wont teach me anything. Paemos says i have nothing to learn. I have also reported the bug to Sony

Yeah. Pretty annoying. I finished the quest last week. Give it a month and a half and they'll probably have it fixed by then.

Well Notorius I would say yourscrewed then....
I suppose I should have been more explicit and said that my comment is directed at the original poster who stated he could not take advantage of the double xp becasue he was bugged.
But if it is his last unlock and he already has the xp needed to finish, I suppose he isscrewed to...

You do know you can only take one quest per village phase right ? When you complete the captains quest you Unlock that BRANCH then you have to go get 50k fs xp for the novice box then go to noldan to train the novice skill...and you CANT talk to the captain again untill the next village phase which is next week sometime....thats why you cant talk to him

Damnit people settle down. This kind of thing has happened in the past. They WILL fix it...they're not gonna just shaft you. Just relax.

Why are you being a a knee jerk reactionary. You can still collect and bank FS xp during the double xp time. So go get your double xp and chill out till the CSR gets around to you.
