Dont you have to do missions twice to get reward?. I did vehicular control and unlocked and got the crystal immediatly. Thought i had to do the series twice for the rewards.

no. what makes you think this? the only thing i can think of that made you think this is the phase 1 patrol quest. in this one you unlock after 10 patrols but get the reward after 20, but you never have to do the quest twice

reading this thread makes me remember the Melee accuracy quest and if i had to do it twice to get the reward I would say umm forget the reward hehe.
