Thank God you can reset your padawan quests. I've got 6 down. To manage that, I've had to reset quests 8 times because of people not being where they should be. This is strangely similar to working the Investigation branch.

Geez...
I have to do my trials tomorrow. Hope mine turn out better than yours. I know what ya talk about if you refer to the invest bugs. (Been MBH pre-mounts/cities/speeders)

weird... on my new padawan i didnt have to restart any trials... maybe i has to do with how long u take going to the WPs?

Never thought of that. I mainly had the probs when id get aggro'd by something near my destinated NPC. Then it would just dissapear

Yes this is the main problem people have. You gotta try really hard not to get aggro'd by anything while traveling to and from npcs. If you are aggro'd they will disappear almost everytime. Some say this is a bug, but a CSR has said that this is working as intended. Of course we all know they don't always have the best track record for being right...who knows

hey sry if this is a stupid ? but w/ the padawan trials u ahve to kill stuff so for that do u have to use the training LS? i mean i dueled someone before padawan and they did like 7 damage w/ their ls

Well, I think I've figured out how to bypass the most common problem. Frequently, the person I am supposed to talk to is only 50m or so from where I land at the starport, so they don't spawn. Instead, I fly to a different city, look at the planetary map, and fly to the starport or shuttleport in the destination town (whichever is farther). Before this, I did all of my quests 2-4 times each, except for the first one. Now it's working fine.
