You really need to read Sungouk's sticky. I hate when people say that for simple questions they know the answer to, but I have no clue how to answer you.

Here's the rundown for Phase II:
Combat Prowess: Melee Speed
Enhanced Reflexes: Vehicular Control
Heightened Senses: Survey Tree
Crafting Mastery: Crafting Techniques
In short there are no doctor enhancing unlocks in this phase (see Phase IV, Heightened Senses: Healing). However, if your just looking for a branch to unlock that will use your medicalxp...Heightened Senses is the only one.

THere is a HUGE sticky at the top of this forum, called "The READ ME FIRST" etc sticky, it has all the answers you seek.

This whole jedi thing is confusing. How do I know if there is any doctor stuff in the new phase that I should be doing? I've looked around to try to find out what is in the new phase but have come up emtpy. Please help. Thank you
