As most people have stated it is because of your professions. You do not have to be a Master of them, just get 4xxx (or any 4 in one of them) The reason you are getting 3k a GBN is because as commando 3k is the max xp you can get per creature. If you were to grab novice in some other and go up the combat (Since combat xp will be faster and easier for you) then you will start getting 5k+500 which will yield about 80k per milked lair.

just wondering about nade grinding peeps... currently my template is commando 4000 and doc 0240... how the heck do u guys get 300k fs xp in a buff session, im already milking the lair as suggested, doing baz nitches mission and am using an imp det....roughly i only get like 3.3k combat xp per baznitch and about 3k for lair, .... anybody knows somthing that im missing here or something i did wrong??

you need to be in a solo group of at least 10 people really. if you do this you will be able to get missions above level 99 difficulty which will give you max critters per lair. also, being in a solo group will give you better xp.
i dont know if you mean baz nitch or giant baz nitch, but you should also be doing giant baz nitch lairs for about 11k.

the level of lair is about 120 and im doing gbz mission, but still getting this low xp....

are you in a solo group? i presume you must be to get that level of mission. the only other thing is that you need to have a weapon equipped to get max xp. i think it helps being a master of an elite combat prof (such as TK or swords). i dont know if you can get max xp without a weapon equipped. seeing as you must have master marksman, try equipping a rifle or something, if this doesnt work, just buy a VK and equip that. if this doesnt work either then i dont know

Look on the terms for the 11k payout missions, they will be the giant Baz Nitch missions. If your not in a solo group, your going to get the missions that spawn 5 or 6 Nitches total for about 25k to 30k combat XP. About 10 of these missions will max out your combat XP and should only take about 1-1/2 hours total. This will give you 100k FS xp. The only way your gonna get the 300K to 400K FS XP in to get the higher difficulty missions (99 and above) but for those, you need a group of 10 people are more, which on my server is hard to do atm. I make an average of 200k FS XP daily with a little over 3 hours of game play. This is more realistic then the 400K FS some claim. It can be done mind you, but your not always going to get the large solo groups needed, and you can max out a whole tree in 6 days. Then for the rest of the time, just keep grinding FS XP and banking it until the next phase shift.
If you have no freebies, it's gonna be15weeks until your final phase anyways. So you have time, BUT i would grind and bank like a mad man in case they nurf the Nading thing.

It is because you don't have a master elite profession. If you had that but took a mission on your own, outside of a group of 10 or more people, you would still get 5200-5600 combat XP per kill but would get far fewer spawns per lair. For best results, get master of an elite combat profession and join a group. Ideally, you should be the 20th person, as I've noticed at about 17 people or less, you get fewer spawns. With a full group I get about 75k-80k per run, for a total of 150k-160k per lair; whereas with 10-17 people in my group I get between 50k-70k.

ok ill give further details, i dont have a master elite, just unarmed 4, commando 4000 and doc 0240. usually when im doing the mission, i equipped a vk (that i am not certified for) coz i dont like using a launcher pistol or flamer coz too much smoke (it makes my framerate goes down to 17-18fps). regardless of wepon that i use certified or noti am still getting 3k combat xp per baz nitch.
i have tried using thos grinding method when i was master swordsman but stll same result of 3k. i am using the solo group method of more than 10 ppl....

as a TKM, with a VK equipped, in a solo group with around 12+ people in it, I got 5k minimum from Biznitch's 
it could be the fact that you have not got a mastered prof, with a weapon equipped for that mastered prof.
I know the above method, get's me 3.9-4.3k or so, when i use swords (which i have yet to master) if i was you, i'd just master TK to compliment your Comando skills, & let the xp roll, & the nades fly!

Master Rifles, Commando4000 - grouped only with level 10 pet razor cat, rifle equipped
I average just under 5500 combat xp per gbn. I take missions in relatively same direction and go back and forth only once (otherwise mission incomplete comes up). I get about 4-5 gbn's attacking me on each visit (total 8-10 per lair). With around 5500 xp per nitch, 50-60k combat xp per lair, 100-120k combat xp per outing from the Science Outpost. Using imp dets, it takes me about 8 throws per lair attack (sometimes i use a few c22s if there is low ham left on the critters).
After reviewing the above comments by you and our peers, I strongly believe the lack of a master elite prof is the cause of your issue.
