A little SOE venting first.... Their name should be POS. There is a reason these guys are working on game software instead of Dept. of Defense software or Boeing software or NASA software ect.... they're not that good at it. If this game didn't have the name star wars attached to it, it they'd been out of a job a long time ago.
Ok now the issue. I'm stuck in the old man / sith outlaw cycle. The problem is, the old man tells me he's giving me a crystal, but it never showes up in my inventory. And the sith tell me they're taking my crystal, but god knows what they're really doing because it's not there... then the man tells me he's giving me aonther one, not there.... ect. COME ON.
One last thing WHY OH WHY on BH missions do guys appear in the middle of the Ocean, or in the middle of a stone wall, or in the middle of a tree? If it is REALLY THAT HARD, create another planet where there is absolutely no water, no buildings no nothing, and have every BH target appear there so that they can be targeted. Come on. If I did my job as well for one day I'd be fired.
This always happens, just when it seems like it could be fun again.... all this crap happens. FIX WHAT IS THERE NOW BEFORE STARTING SOMETHING NEW.

Ok so everyone is stuck, that doesn't change any of what I said, it only illustrates it.

why don't you try working code on a program that contains millions of lines, that are almost all interconnected in some way, so that even if you put in a "fix" for something, it could very easily break something else, before you go bashing on other people's job performance. The fact that it works as well as it does is a testament to their skill, which takes years to acquire. No one single person, or even a group of people can have perfect knowledge of a system that complex. There will never ever be an MMORPG that is bug free. And if you happen to be so killed that you think you can do better, apply for a job at SOE and fix it instead of complaining.

Well i am sure he won't. want to know why? BECAUSE IT IS NOT HIS JOB, it is the job of SOE to code, not the people who pay $15 a month and expect the service to match the amount we pay. this game has a higher monthly fee than any other MMORPG so it would make since that it would work better than other games.
I am so sick of the stupid argument " You try and do a better job"
As a matter of fact, this game is actually at the current market standard pricing for most MMORPGs out there (COH, EQ2, heck, EQ1 got a bump up to 13.95 I think.) So the pricing shouldn't make this be the "Best darned MMORPG experience ever" because you feel you're paying more, if it were meant to be that way, then Matrix Online would actually have been cool. Just /bug your problems and let them figure it out, they have been making attempts to help (Tiggs and Tomo as far as I know from what sections I read) and the coders may have some problems with glitches now and then, but so do other MMO's....they're trying to keep up as best as possible.
