How long does it usually take for the old man to show up?

WE ALL GOT SCREWED AND SOE ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO SNEAK IN THE SAME INFAMOUS PATCH THAT SCREWED UP THE XP ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE.

How long do I have to wait for the old man?

I just got my old man visit and I went glowy at about 3pm est on Thursday.
