I haven't seen anything official on this. Most likely it's just a rumor someone started, cause they are crying that it is overpowering, yada yada.

I just used mine, 5k of Health now. And I got this one Post-CU this very phase. So it seems to be funcitioning fine to me.

so far all ive seen is a guy post that a dev at fanfest said it needed fixing because its to overpowering.... of course my uncles cousins step daughter said jedi would get 2000 max damage sabers to.

It's the reward for completing the Vehicle Control quest in the FS village, Whip gives it during Phase 2 (the current phase).

it isn't quite a rumor...baciacca told us that the health buff crystals were going to be "balanced" but there was no timeframe for this or any details on how it would work

I don't see how's it's overpowered considering you can only use it once every 3 days. Seems like a fair trade off.

personally, 2000 health buff once every 3 days is not that big a deal. you use it, then you are done for 3 days. big whoop.
