just a heads up since it screwed me and made me wait another phase to get it.

phase 3 melee accuracy is bugged BADLY, the timer does not change from an hour and 20 minutes so no matter what you have to go from the closest base to the village, this in turn leads to "lines" of people waiting to use this base and there is still a good chance that even if you get the base and use it, that hte captain will die at the door to the village unless a perfect route is taken, dont ask me if it will ever be fixed all i know is that sunrider's destiny and combat prowess master are 2 things i would love to have so reflexes isn't an option...

In answer to the original question, Phase 3 is at least 2 weeks away.
