The aith attacked me once, but i was riding to a city, i didnt reakize it was rthe sith till after peace was automatically made, Will teh sith come back??????

Can you Miss the 2 sith by stepping afk for a few min or do they auto attack you without saying anything?

I just became glowy. I got the old man visit he gave me the crystal ect. When the sith came they incaped me once and then i killed them. After getting the datapad it said you cannot make sence of this information. Is it a bug or can i not get incpaped? And now i have a datapad that is worthless. What should i do now?

If you got incapped then it is likely that you lost the crystal the old man gave you. If that is the case you will need to wait for the old man to bring you another; in either case the sith will continue to attack you until you get a "good" datapad. Be sure to destroy the bad ones.
