Force Sensitive Archive

So I've read all the horror stories from days past on how bugged this quest used to be and I did MOST of it without a problem. Now I'm on Endor looking for my very last crate and I have not been able to find the ship anywhere. I got the system message saying the ship should be in the area and no waypoints have dissappeared on me. So as far as I can tell everything is fine except this stupid ship will not spawn!!!

I'm ready to throw my computer out the window. This is the most tedious, lame, boring mission I have EVER done on ANY game I've played and the thought of having to redo it makes me sick. Is there a workaround? If I go all the way back to Dath and talk to whip can I simply repeat this part of the quest or do I have to redo the whole damn thing?

Figures after I post a message the problem is resolved. I was running the area on foot and got the system message that the task was completed and I should go back. No ship ever spawned however, so I was worried. Checked my inventory and I DO have a crate of supplies there... so all is well I guess. Hopefully I won't have any problems when I take it to whip.
