I have been playing off on on for over two years. I did do a few hologrind professions ( up to the pointmy holo went silent i believe) before publish 9 or whatever. I just got glowy and did the sith thing and made it to the village. I talked to paemos( according to the FAQ)and he told me I was not ready to learn anything.

Did I have to do 30+ professions with out unlocking before I get credit for "holo grinding"? Is the flag still working? How many profs did y'all master and how many branches did you unlock?

Would a CSR be able to help me?

ok, this is from the guy who asked for help in the earlier post.. there is quite alot of considerations. but that aside if you have free unlocks you can choose the 5th conversation choice from paemos and there see how many free unlocks you have. but I don't know if you can do the quests if you have unlocked... and don't start a quest on a line if you plan on unlocking! it is all weird to me... but hope it helps you.

in theory you are supposed to get a free unlock for each holo (if my memory serves me correctly) The actuallity of it some people did not get credit for their holos... count me among that group

oh and if CSR can help...i don't know if they have any control or have any ability to help/fix it...I know my ticket was basically shot down while I was left to hang out to dry.

Here is the holo-free unlock story

Each character had 8 professions required to unlock jedi, 4 told by holos, 4 silent ones.

The amount of free unlocks is determined by the amount of professions that you had left to master, if there were 4 professions that you didnt master(ie. all holos and no silent) you should get at least one. However the jedi system was changed from 5 to 8 professions and this could have possibly nullified a profession previously mastered, so it is possible you didnt get any free unlocks. There is a thread buried somewhere DEEP, DEEP in the jedi forum i believe, if the search feature isnt borked like usual then it might be able to help you out. Ill look for it too, if i find it ill post a clicky for you.

well thanks fro the sad news - I must have stopped even before my holo went silent - oh well - I enjoyed grinding to master BE and Ranger
