When does Phase 3 start? Also what bugs are there with Phase 3 and have they been fixed after the CU? I heard there was some bugs...and I really dont want to get gated

Roughly 3 weeks after phase 2 started on your server. Valcyn will be first and it should be around the 11th. But I would say the 12 or 13.

The Phase 3 Combat Prowess : Melee Acc quests fromthe Capt, listed in the FS bugs thread stikied above, I want to know if i should bank combat exp or keep banking reflex...

I've heard that people were talking about both quests being bugged. I too am waiting for phase 3 for my last unluck, and i have enough combat prowess XP to try the Melee Accuracy, and enough reflex XP to try the luck tree. I don't know which to try. I just hope that if I try one and it doesn't work, that i can abandon and try to unlock the other because if that doesn't work, I'll have to work with the devs which we know, are very busy so it takes a long time to get an answer (IF it's an answer)

I'm expecting Intrepid to change over on the weekend of the 16/17th. That's when i can get my sixth unlock

I think it's a pretty well-known fact that you can only take one mission per quest. If you get bugged, only a dev can change it.
As for buggy quests, well, that's just a given these days and something it's best to read up on like you have, and hope for the best. Only time will tell.

The search and destroy in the phase 2 works well, and i think the one in phase 3 is exactly the same, so I think i'll go for that one and hope for the best.

Oh, I forgot, they most probably will be installing the publish 20 software which will increase the downtime probably.
