I have a template that I've always wanted to have, since 2 years ago when I started, and now that there's less than 3 weeks till I am done with FS, I am in need of help...
Mpowers/4404 Enhancer/3000 Healer/Novice Defense/0004 LS

I just really like the force power idea, as how it's been in many other SW games. The problem is, is that with so little Defender and LS, I am probably going to get crushed. Anybody think this template has a chance of working?

If not, I'm gonna go Mls/Mdef/Enhancer 3000/Healer 2000

and if my alt unlocks (not going to grind for it, but if it happens over-time, since I'm getting branches anyway), I'll do the Mpowers template.

Any thoughts on if the Mpowers template has a chance of working?

try master ench,MSL and 4040 healer ..becuase force armor can replace defense. and 4000 healer you can heal yourself 1500.

I agree that this belongs on Jedi forum, and also agree that you are likely to have gotten criticism there. Sadly the Jedi forums are bombarded by lots of non-Jedi posts, and people are quick to jump on "aspiring jedi". Your is a reasonable question though.

The second template you listed is more powerful in one on one combat, but if you like powers, you should do it, I think it's cool, and has some great stuff like cloak. I would question the xxx4 LS choice....why? Is it because you want the crafting advantage? Well that's understandable, but if so, then get it, craft some sabers and drop it for a more useful line, like x4xx. Armor break and powerhit are great. If I were going to do a powers template, I wouldn't use a saber at all. Primary advantage of Powers, is range, if you are trying to use a saber, you lose that advantage, and if you don't have many saber skills, it's not very effective, even if you manage to put together a good saber post-CU. I would use a rifle, and if you can afford it, get some speed tapes. With +50 in speed from tapes, +12 in FS speed, and +20 in Force Speed, you have some decent speed, and a "force free" source of damage that you can use from distance while throwing lighting and choke. You could use the extra points for Master Enhancer, or for xx4x Defender.

My Powers Template (if I had one): Master Powers, Master Enhancer, 4100Healer, Novice Defender.

ps. force armor DOES NOT replace Master Defender, yes, you end up with similar innate armor, but you pay for that protection with force, and you lose Improved force aura, valor, and lots of Melee/Ranged Defense, not to mention Avoid Incap.

Yes the second is more powerful but what does it matter? I say go with what you want to do. I am serious. I've given this thought too. I am only half way done with the FS grind but I am a guy that likes to plan ahead so I have though ahead. I am seriously thinking about MPowers. Not because it is all powerful, but because to me, a Jedi should be skilled in the Force and the powers associated with it. I want to harness the Force and use it for power. (dark jedi) I am going to be role playing and not focusing on the most powerful template. You have to ask yourself how you intend to play your jedi. If you are looking for a powerful tempalte, the second one hands down. If you are looking for a challenging template, that you can role play, and also, if used right can be very good, then go with MPowers. But no matter what, you ahve to chose the teamplate that fits how you see your jedi. If you want to respec you need Jedi Xp to do so.

Well... I actually went to the Jedi boards before this, and most of their responses are just critism, so I was hoping someone here would post some help before resorting to that.
