Thread: could someone help me with unlocks please

basically i want know who unlocks reflexes and who unlocks ranged i failed captain sarguillo's quest in phase one because i was only lvl 61 at the time and i couldt do it and somone told me once youve failed that quest u cant do it again

if you fail a quest you can do it again next time that phase comes around
