or do i need to get novice medic and buy healers?
or do i need to get novice medic and use my force to heal?
or can i do it without novice medic?

and yea you have to pick up novice medic

Just tested it, no credit for force heal or force infusion. You have to use medic skills. You can't even take the quest if you don't have novice medic. >.< dev logic

Seems reasonable to me, that only a healer can take a "healing" quest.

If you are a master force healer and don't have novice medic you can not take the quest, that is the logic I am referring to.
