galaxy: Corbantis

Problem: tried to get phase 4 combat prowess, ranged speed, quest from cpt sarguillo. he says i am already busy.

Other info:

- i already unlocked enhanced reflex, melee defense, from him.

- journal does not display any phase 4 quest (it only shows 4 quests i have completed)

- i cannot get any phase 4 quest from any of villagers

please help!

same for me, the person i did the phase 3 melee acc quest with was able to do phase 4 today but i couldn't.

The Dev's decided to try a phase shift without a server restart. It is definitely phase 4 on Corbantis. They even posted a CSR in the village to calm people down. I could not take the Capt's mission either, however 2 guild mates of mine were able to. I was told to file a ticket. lol

Please do not tell us we are crazy. Phase 4 did start without a server restart.

it doesn't shift at server reset. It can happen during the daytime. I watched my guild attack the sith raiding the village. I've been in the village as the phases shifted before.
