Just a question regarding who u hae to be in order to unlock it ? It used to be doc 0-0-0-4 but what is it now ? And when i create the cures can i trade them to an other player ?

to unlock this you need to wait till phase 1 (currently in 4) and do the HS quest. At that point you can use your converted HS XP to take the skills. Not being a doc, I don't know the answer to the other Q

ye i know that, after that i gonna unlock 
but do u have to be BE 0-0-0-4 now to do it ?

i'm pretty sure that you need to be a BE or have a BE craft the medicines for you. i haven't done it myself, but i remember people talking about it last time.

so the pieces are tradeable. So u can for an example hire a Bio Engineer to craft the stuff for u and trade em' to u ?

Yeah, but the bio-engineer must be doing the quest at the time or have a factory schematic for the medicines.
