is the phase 4 melee defense quest bugged if you do it after ranged speed?

I dunno, but if I remember rightly I selected melee defense as my free unlock. Now today, on day 1 of a new phase 4, the captain does not allow me to select ranged speed for the quest. But he does allow me to do melee defense quest which I have already trained. Anyone have any ideas as to why?

Contact a CSR they should fix the problem like they did last Phase 4.

nope it was fixed. i just did phase 4 for the 2nd time around today and have now completed both sarguillo missions.

on the main SWG page theres a live help page. they will do what they can but always nicer to start there after you send in a ticket. Even after the ticket i would go there with the ticket number and calmly talk to a live support.

This is the first I've even heard about the 2 unlocks, haha. Where have I been... I unlocked ranged defence, so hopefully I'm not bugged. Wish me luck!

I contacted customer services regarding my issue, not 1 but 2 CSR's said my problem had been looked at and fixed and.......it hasn't, ticket closed. Submitted another ticket and now waiting on that. If they are unable to fix it this phase I have to wait to phase 3 again to unlock.
Submitted my second ticket on this matter, did I get and answer? No, ticket deleted. Thanks for the lack of service.
