Thread: Are Phase 4 Sith Spawn Rate taking longer?

I am on the Kettemoor server and doing the Kill 50/25 Sith quest and the time between spawns seem much longer than the last time I did this. I remember it being around 30-40 minutes...we have been waiting at least an hour. Did they change in the last patch?
