Thread: Mellichae FAILED

that's what the system told me when a jedi in our group slayed mellichae after about an hour of work.
-all the stones had been destroyed
-daktar was destroyed
-mellichae was destroyed
"You have failed the Mellichae encounter, you will be given the oppurtunity to attempt it again in the near future."
the only thing i can think of is that i was db'd right before he was slain, so that's why it probably failed on me.
just warning everyone who will fight him in the future. it friggin sucks and i have to do it all over again and the waiting game continues lol.

You are correct in assuming that you failed because you were dead at the time. You don't have to kill him but you have to be alive when he's killed, otherwise you fail the mission.

yep, just logged off, logged back on, had a new wp.
killed him again, this time alive, and mission complete.
woot.

Grats. Hope ur gonna be one of the few ppl to enjoy the life of a jedi. Just remember that grinding jedi doesnt have to be rushed. Everyone wants an uber jedi template but the more u rush it, the more mistakes you'll probably make and end up on the terms.
If u tired of the grind, use ur 2nd char to do something different. I play about 2 days of jedi then a day of my 2 alts, it really helps stop the boredom.
