I got the Sith Disk but I had to log immediately (WIFE!!). When I logged the next imte I did some planet hopping but went back to Naboo before I opened the disk (planet the Sith attacked me). I went to the waypoint that appeared to invetigate, and there was a pile of leaves!!!! (nest) that I destroyed but nothing else.

Now I have no disk, no leaves, no Siths...anyone have any ideas?

Update -

It has now been over a month since this problem began. I have tried everything that I can think of from a troubleshooting standpoint (listed below). I have complained to CSRs with an ingame bug report, the 1st one was never answered. The second one I was told sorry can help, figure it out yourself (sure give me access to your code and your database and I'll fix it for you). Still waiting for 3rd response. I am losing patience, all my friends are happily continuing the Aurillia village quests, unlocking their force branches, and I'm stuck holding a bucket of feces. I need to free up skill points to learn new skills but I can't or I'll lose the hundreds of thousands of XP that I have banked up for force conversion because of cap reductions as I surrender skills. If I can't proceed as a jedi what am I grinding for, why am I playing, I am at standstill and can't continue to play without help and no one is providing it.

This is exactly what happened:

Got visit from old man.

Was attacked by 2 Siths while logging off near Theed, killed them and looted them, proceeded with logoff.

Logged back in went and played with friends, planet hopped, logged off.

Logged back in went back to theed opened datadisk with waypoint obtained from siths.

Waypoint "investigate this location" appeared in datapad, proceeded to waypoint. When I got there nothing was there but a pile of leaves, killed the nest and waypoint deactivated.

everytime I load (use shuttle, starship, or log in) another "investigate this location" waypoint appears in my Datapad (as many as 12 in my datapad at one time).

Iinvestigated the location on many occassions but still nothing. So I deleted all the "investigate this location" waypoints.

no visits from siths

everytime I load (use shuttle, starship, or log in) another "investigate this location" waypoint appears in my Datapad.

Iinvestigated the location on many occassions but still nothing.

Idelete all items found on the Siths and delete all "investigate this location" waypoints.

novsits from siths

Still nothing but more "investigate this location" waypoints. appearing my datapad everytime I use shuttle

no visits for Siths ( 2 weeks have passed since first insident)

Get desperate, delete crystal from oldman.

Still nothing but more "investigate this location" waypoints. appearing my datapad everytime I use shuttle.

It been over a week since I deleted old man crystal but I still get "investigate this location" waypoints,. but no sith, no old man, no sith encampment at the investigation location..................

I frustrated and don't know what else to do. I just wish that the CSRs could give me a valid investigation location

or kill everything in my quest journal so I could start over with the old man.

HELP!!!!!!!

I just had the same problem. I was attacked by the two sith jerks, looted them, read the disk (which then blew up) went to the Waypoint, but just as I got there, the waypoint and marker disappeared. I guess I can try taking shuttle around see if it comes back or maybe even logging off and on again, but it would be nice if a dev or someone with knowledge about this could shed some light for those of us who are experiencing this glitch.

Thanks

Ok, for anyone still having the problem, for me, all I had to do was take a shuttle somewhere and the wp appeared again, except this time it worked. I made a copy wp of the extact location before I got there too, doubt it helped any but just in case. Anyways, thats how it worked for me.

try waiting for the sith to attack you on a planet that has very little player cities or none at all. Like try Rori or Dath. Go to the outskirts when you leave the city and wait and see. I have heard, in theory, that a lot of factories, player cities, etc. have a lot to do with making the wp disappear, but if you can do it on a remote planet i think you will be fine. Heck, it wouldn't hurt to try i guess.

Same problem here...... and they dont seem to care. When i played AO - Anarchy Online - i use to think we got screwed....... but at least if they made a mistake they would find a way to fix it.... (like giving us all access to the village).... until they really fixed it. Dude... I'm feeling so Sc#*#ed that my a$$ hurts

Shoufi opened another case and a CSR helped him out.

Dont give up guys, not all CSRs are equal. Some dont give a **** and some are really helpfull. Keep plugging away.
